How do I organize a pick up with Cameralah?
You can organise to Pick Up your item(s) by performing the following steps:
- Select 'FREE-Pick Up' as your shipping option during chekout
- Select Cameralah Service Center
- Select your desired Pick Up time
Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
We do not have COD services as we do not keep cash on premises nor do we have the appropriate payment facilities so you are advised to make payment online first before picking up.
I don’t trust online stores. Is COD possible still?
We completely understand as there are a lot of illegitimate online stores out there still!
We do need to assure you that we are a legit site selling only genuine products and we do not perform unethical business practices. Do visit our Facebook page to check out our reviews from our customers or even give us a call at 1700 815 615 to let us know your predicament. We will do our best to accommodate to your requirements.
I have paid for my items, when can I Pick Up my order?
We usually keep sufficient levels of stock at our Kelana Jaya Service Center, so if your item is a popular stock, you are most likely able to collect them almost as soon as payment comes through.
For some items that are not stored at our Pick Up location in Kelana Jaya, we may have to transfer stock from our main warehouse facility. This process will usually take between 24-48 hours before stock is available for Pick Up. As such, if you intend to pick up from us, please make sure you have verified your order status with us first to avoid any disappointment!
In all cases, we will inform you (via email or phone) on the earliest pick up time and date. If we haven't do so yet, please give us a call at 1700 815 615 or email email@example.com
