Shipping and Delivery
At Cameralah, we stock most goods that are sold on our website, and aim to ship items out within 24 working hours once payment has been cleared. When your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you are able to check the status of delivery.
All items on our website has a capped delivery charge of only RM10 Malaysia-wide delivery. You can also opt for our Pickup service at our Kelana Jaya Service Centre.
We use PosLaju Next Day Delivery Service for all of our parcel deliveries. If your delivery postcode is within the Next Day Delivery Range specified by PosLaju (Refer to chart below), you should be receiving your parcels in 1 working day (Subject to PosLaju). Postcodes that fall outside of the Next Day Delivery Range should take an additional 2-4 working days depending on your location. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from our couriers.
On rare occasions we will be faced with stock or courier issues and are unable to deliver your goods in the specified timeframe. In situations like this, we will not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. However, we will do our best to inform you with some alternative options via phone and/or email as soon as possible.
For your piece of mind, All items are fully insured by us so in cases where items are damaged on arrival, rest assured that you are covered by us. Please be advised that you will need to contact us within 24 hours to lodge the claim with evidence of damage (ie: Clear pictures of damaged goods). Any claims made beyond this timeframe will be subjected to our consideration. We hold the right to reject your claim on a reasonable basis. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy
